The Avenue, Armidale

This cement tile roof received the full restoration treatment which will keep it weather tight and looking good for many years to come.

The tiles were finished in Monument colour and caps in Sienna Clay. The roof was starting to show the classic signs of ageing, with broken tiles cracked morter and a worn and weathered paint finish.

Once all necessary repairs were carried out the roof was sealed, primed and painted using the acrylic roof membrane sytem.
